Tartan, knit and a vintage coat!

It’s cold outside so I took my pics in my mother’s house again. I’d love to have a big empty wall for taking some nice indoor photos but my apartment is small and filled with furniture so there is not one single spot that would not require major cropping!
I’m wearing a warm knit sweater and a mini plaid skirt with my new Tally Weijl over-the-knee socks and a vintage coat that I snatched out of my mum’s closet. She used to wear that even before having me (so imagine how old it is, lol) and it’s a lovely piece. It had a front zipper but it wasn’t very practical so I had it replaced with buttons. Also, the fur was all around the bottom part of the coat, but our previous pet chewed it so I took the parts that were in a good condition and placed them at the cuffs. It’s like new again isn’t it?!

I need more than a fur collar!

...because it’s coooold today! I had a lot to do today because I’m helping my mum prepare her dinner party for tonight, so no time for make up. This is what I wore to go out and get a few things we needed and I froze! Good thing I wore a warm hat. So, it’s finally time to bring out some cosy knits, well until the temperature goes up again!
I look terrible without make up, I know, but I didn’t want to “behead” my pics, it seemed a silly thing to do!
