Hi sweethearts!
I just made a Make up tutorial on my Greek youtube channel (don't worry there are English subtitles!), inspired by this lovely photo

Of course I'm not a redhead, but since I'm not a platinum blonde anymore (sigh!), I thought it was the perfect time to do this tutorial. There have been quite a few requests for me to do a make up look for redheads and I hope the lovely ladies that asked me are pleased with what I chose to do.
This is mostly for copper tones and strawberry blondes and I'll try to do another one for mahogany and cherry reds soon.
The products used in the tutorial are:
- Mac LE blush Flower Fantasy
- NYX For your eyes only, Beautiful Green Eyes palette (I got that from www.cherryculture.com)
- Elf professional eyeshadow brush (www.eyeslipsface.co.uk)
- Mac angled brush 275 SE
- Mac omega eyeshadow
- Mac eyelash curler
Estēe Lauder Projectionist mascara
- Mac Korean Candy Sheen Supreme lipstick
- Mac Redd lipliner
For the face I had already applied (before filming):
- Mac Studio sculpt foundation
- Rimmel Stay matte powder
- The Body Shop Bronzer
and some Mac omega eyeshadow combined with MUFE aqua brow to fill in my eyebrows.

I'd love to read your comments about this tutorial and take any requests for anything that you'd like to see!

- Mac LE blush Flower Fantasy
- NYX For your eyes only, Beautiful Green Eyes palette (την αγόρασα από το www.cherryculture.com)
- Elf professional eyeshadow brush (www.eyeslipsface.co.uk)
- Mac angled brush 275 SE
- Mac omega eyeshadow
- Mac eyelash curler
Estēe Lauder Projectionist mascara
- Mac Korean Candy Sheen Supreme lipstick
- Mac Redd lipliner

- Mac Studio sculpt foundation
- Rimmel Stay matte powder
- The Body Shop Bronzer

και στα φρύδια μου χρησιμοποίησα την Omega (σκιά) της Mac με το Aqua brow της Make up forever.

Hello my lovely scarlets, how have you been? Did you go on vacation? I did and it was so nice. I spent my summer holidays at Chania, as most summers of my life (I was born there also) and had an amazing time. I managed to film a few outfits so I made a video on my youtube channel for you to see. I have a few photos as well, which I will post here and I'd love it if you would see the video and tell me what you think about the outfits.

This is the 4rth look on my lookbook and it's my favorite. I love this car and I wish it was mine! But remember this: don't be surprised if someday you see me strolling the streets with a classic beauty like this. It's my dream to buy a classic vintage car, even older than this one (which is a 1973 Triumph MK3) and I believe I will....someday!

For the rest of the outfits, please check out my video:

Last night I attended an event in Kolonaki at the TR2 concept store, where a special diffusion line curated by Michael Pantos was presented. The line consists of eight fashion items designed by Sotiris Georgiou, Chris P, Dimitris Petrou, Katerina Psoma and Stathis Samantas and of course Studio TR2.

I know I should have made these last posts earlier in the week, but a mean cold had me feeling awful for the past few days. Well, better late than never...
I only went to the AXDW on Days 1 and 3, but I had a great time and it gave me the chance to meet some new people and catch up with others that I hadn’t seen in a while.
Outfit-wise I went for mostly blacks on both occasions. I guess my work dress code is starting to influence my whole wardrobe (I work for MAC and the dress code is “all black”!).  But you can never go wrong with black, can you?!
My make up is of course all MAC, but I honestly can't remember what eyeshadows and lipstick I wore in the first outfit. In the second, I used Print and Carbon eyeshadows lightly blended to create a soft smokey eye, and Impassioned lipstick with Boldly bare lip liner.

1st day outfit:
(Dress: Moschino, Shoes: Brian Atwood, Bag: Vintage, Pendant: Vintage)

3rd day outfit:

(T-shirt: Vintage, Leather skirt: Vintage, Pumps: Zara, Cross: random shop)

Thursday night, ABSOLUT Vodka in conjuction with three Greek fashion designers, Stelios Koudounaris, Sotiris Georgiou and Digitaria, presented a fashion event at Dream City club in Athens. The occasion being the launch of ABSOLUT's limited edition bottle "Absolut Mode", the three designers presented parts of their collections through the reflections of Absolut Mode. It was a multimedia fashion performance, staged by Memi Koupa under the DJ's Apostolos Mitropoulos chosen tunes.
Due to picture overload, I've split the post in two parts.
I will start by Stelios Koudounaris collection, which impressed me once again. I loved all the dresses and the way they were presented. The models started with the usual walk down the runway (but in a rather fast pace) and at the end they all appeared wearing the beautiful maxi see-through dress and carrying roughly-cut mirrors in their hands, which they waved in front of all of us. It was very impressive as the mirrors reflected the spot lights and various images from the audience and the models.

I LOVE this dress!!!

Gorgeous jacket!!!

Me and Emelia from The sugar plum fairy
Mac did the make up for this fashion event (and my make up is also all Mac!).
Stay tuned for the second part with the rest of the designers...

Last night I attended the press event for the "Fashion pastry project" of Max Perry Handmade chocolates with Orsalia Parthenis. This project involves a very “sweet” collaboration as you can understand. The Greek company Max Perry, in association with ALLY, PR & Marketing company came to a very innovative concept: the creation of a chocolate Boutique!
In collaboration with Orsalia Parthenis, who took inspiration from her Bridal collection, a special series of chocolates was created. Mrs Parthenis designed 6 different women’s silhouettes (which were inspired by 6 of her beautiful wedding gowns), playing with the contrast of dark, white and milk chocolate.
The fashion pastry show will be available at the Max Perry stores from mid December till the end of January 2012.
The event was held at Galaxy bar in Hilton and it was lovely. There was chocolate everywhere and I really wanted to taste every single piece. I restrained myself to only two, which were delicious!

(Make up all Mac, Face: Studio sculpt foundation, Select sheer pressed powder, Eyes: Melon pigment, Embark eyeshadow, Gesso eyeshadow, Coco bar liquidlast liner, Zoom lash mascara, Cheeks: Blushbaby, Belightful iridescent pressed powder, Lips: Stripdown pencil, Social light lipglass)

Yesterday I went to Benaki Museum with the intention of seeing "Aesop's Fables", an exhibition of contemporary paintings and engravings (inspired by the fables). But I didn't actually get to see the exhibition for some reason. Instead I saw the installation that was on the ground floor (at the yard) of the museum, an exhibition of cartoonists' sketches, with the topic being the hard times my country is going through. I found the sketches to be very smart and to the point. My favorite was the one I'm pointing at in the picture below, showing the E.U. as a skinny cow and Greece being it's breasts. I believe most Greeks feel like we're being "milked" nowadays, don't we? And the worst part is that there's hardly any milk left!!!

Anyway, afterwards I found a very cute park nearby and took some outfit pics. On the way home I passed by a church fair. I love fairs, there's something very kitschy cult about them! And they also remind me of my childhood, when grandma used to take me and my brother to the church and treated us to some toys or candy from the fair afterwards. I miss those careless and happy days...

(Lace top: Vintage, random tube top, Skirt: Miss Selfridge, Belt: Fullah Sugah, Bag: Vintage, Shoes: Office)

(Face: Max Factor lasting performance, Elf complexion perfection, Eyes: Mac eyeshadows Falling star and Espresso, Kiko lengthening mascara, Korres black eyeliner pencil, Cheeks: Rimmel sun shimmer duo bronzing powder, Lips: Maybelline shine seduction lip gloss in apricot)

Did you see/do anything interesting this weekend?

P.S.: The title is taken from the lyrics of "Milk", a song by Garbage (I thought it was very appropriate for this post)!
