A very quick outfit post because I just came back from what was a very busy day. I guess there are going to be those too, when I will barely make it before midnight to post my daily outfit and make up pics. Bear with me, I’ll do my best to be consistent with my 365 days project and that’s a promise!

I'm wearing my new cross again with black and grey. I’m not the typical woman that loves expensive jewels. The only expensive pieces that I’d like to own are a pair of diamond earrings and a Cartier (or Chopard) watch. Other than that, I’d rather have a big collection of faux but impressive jewelry, that I can wear whenever and with whatever I want, without worrying about my safety!!!
Whereas when you invest in shoes, you feel more safe. How many thieves know Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo?! Well, except if you live in NY I guess (remember Carrie being left shoeless when a thief stole her Manolos?!). Lol!

Jacket and T-shirt: Zara
Shorts and scarf: H&M
Ankle boots: Unknown brand
Bag: Mulberry for target
Tights: Tally Weijl
Ring and Cross: bought locally

Face: Korres watermelon oil free tinted moisturizer SPF 30, Nivea perfect cover concealer, Mac mineralize skin finish natural
Eyes: Bourjois black eyeliner, Avon super extend mascara
Cheeks: Elf contouring blush and bronzing powder
Lips: Exclusive elegance double lipgloss

Do you like expensive jewels?

Lately I’ve been watching episodes of Mad Men non stop and I couldn't help but be inspired to create a 60’s outfit. You all know I love vintage and retro style. I used a few vintage items for today’s outfit, although this period is amongst the season’s trends, so one can find similar clothing in the stores.
I know I’m not consistent to one particular style, but that’s me! I don’t want to label my style or narrow it down to certain characteristics. I’m all over the place because I dress according to my mood swings and to the circumstances (weather, event, latest trend, etc).
And one last thing about Mad Men: apart from the amazing clothing, the exceptional capture of the 60’s atmosphere and the great cast, I love it for Don Draper! He’s the epitome of what I want in a man: handsome, intelligent, talented, mysterious, polished. Minus the cheating, which comes with the territory I suppose!!!

Fake fur jacket: Zara
Knit top: gifted, unknown brand
Skirt: Vintage
Shoes: Vintage
Bag: Vintage Dior (with a few flaws that I need to take care of)

Face: Korres Wild Rose foundation, Nivea perfect cover concealer, Elf complexion perfection
Eyes: Bourjois black eyeliner, Mac zoom lash mascara
Cheeks: Elf contouring blush and bronzing powder
Lips: Mac stripdown lipliner, Mac Ravishing lipstick

Do you like Mad Men? Who is your favorite character?

I just got back from doing some lifting and cleaning (can’t say why and where just yet!), so my outfit today had to be simple and casual, because you can’t do this kind of work with heels, can you?! Same goes for make up.
I’m wearing a T-shirt that was given to me (because I love skulls for some reason), by a friend who listens to heavy metal and these Totenkopf guys are a real heavy metal band. Which of course I have never heard of, because I’m more of a jazz/soul/light rock kind of gal!

Knit cardigan: Zara
T-shirt: gifted
Denim shorts: DIY from an old pair of jeans, unknown brand
Boots: Kazakos
Bag: H&M
Scarf: bought locally

Face: Korres watermelon oil free tinted moisturizer SPF 30, Nivea perfect cover concealer, Mac mineralize skin finish natural
Eyes: just some Bourjois black eyeliner and Avon super extend mascara
Cheeks: Elf contouring blush and bronzing powder
Lips: Korres cherry lipgloss

Do you like wearing T-shirts with band logos and/or skulls?

PS: I stopped counting the Days in the title because it started to annoy me. I know when the 365 days project is supposed to end and I will let you know. Either way, I’m going to continue posting daily, project or no project!

Those of you that follow me on twitter may have seen me tweet that I got my new Mulberry yesterday. I hope I’m not disappointing you when I clarify that it’s the Mulberry for Target Pebble large tote. I wish we had Target here, but at least I could find this one at ebay. I paid a bit more than it’s original price, but I think it was worth it. It’s a gorgeous bag, and it will replace my black Longchamp which I have worn out.
I’m wearing my red patent pumps again with a striped knit. But don’t accuse me of repeating outfits, it’s not the same striped top I was wearing at the fashion show post!!! ;)

Coat: Miss Raxevsky
Knit: Zara
Jeans: Zara
Shoes: Bershka
Bag: Mulberry for target

Face: Korres Wild Rose foundation, Nivea perfect cover concealer, Elf complexion perfection

What do you think about the high end brands cooperating with large chain stores?

This weather is driving me crazy! One day it’s autumn, the next is spring and there are few wintery intervals in between. The perfect weather to catch a cold. And I’m very susceptible to colds because (like my mother always tells me, with a finger pointed at me!) I never dress weather appropriately. Well, if you tell me what the season is exactly, I’ll dress appropriately! I’m saying all that because yesterday I had a low fever and today a terrible migraine. Grrrr, I hate feeling sick!
Well, sick or no sick I chose to wear brown today, with a hint of color from my favorite chunky knit that I bought last year from Zara. I’m also wearing a pair of shorts which used to be bermuda pants and I cut them short.

Everything is from Zara except for the belt (my borther’s old belt) and the shoes which are from New Look

Face: Korres Wild Rose foundation, Nivea perfect cover concealer, Elf complexion perfection
Eyes: Coastal Scents 26 color palette, Bourjois black eyeliner, Mac zoom lash mascara
Cheeks: Elf contouring blush and bronzing powder

Did you buy any chunky knits this season? (I’m getting too nosey with about your purchases lately, lol!)

PS: Here's Loulou in another shoe box! (I love the shoes and she loves the shoe boxes, hehe)

Today when I got to the garage to take my car, I saw that it had a flat tyre. I’m pretty sure that it happened last night when I was driving home and fell in a huge hole in the road that was impossible to avoid! This road is full of holes and it’s actually a very busy road, with lots of cafeterias and restaurants. I guess they are waiting for the road to collapse totally before they fix it! It’s the Greek way of dealing with this sort of things...
Anyway, today’s outfit is nothing special except for the cross I’m wearing, which I found at a local store for 5€. Isn’t it beautiful?

Knit: old (my brother’s)
Waistcoat: Zara
Jeans: Boohoo
Boots: Zara

I got a new Parka and I absolutely adore it. I’ve never owned a parka before and I’ve always wanted one. It’s a utility piece and goes with practically everything. I had a lot of outfit ideas already in my mind way before buying one, but when I saw this look in the Gap fall 2010 lookbook, I thought it was the perfect way to wear it for the first time:

(source: http://healthy-cosmetics.com/?p=425)

Here’s my interpretation of the look:

Denim shirt: D&G
Leggings: Tally Weijl
Parka: Boohoo
Bag: Aslanis (Greek designer)
Belt: old (my brother’s)
Shoes: Unkwown brand

About the (new) shoes, I don’t know if I would recommend this site (it's an Asian online shop). I got two pairs of shoes and one of them turned out to be a bit small (even though they’re both the same size) and the quality is very low. You see some lovely pics in the site and they have a large variety of shoes and clothes, but what you see is not what you get in terms of quality! So bear that in mind...

Oh, and as you can see I’m not wearing any make up. So, in case you were wondering, this is how I am when I wake up in the morning (minus the sunglasses, lol!)!!!

First of all I apologize for the delayed post today, but I was swamped! I went to “Beauty” show today, a show for beauty professionals here in Athens, something like IMATS only in a much smaller scale. Apart from Kryolan or China glaze and a few other well known brands, the rest are professional make up brands (some of them I don’t even know!). But it’s fun, there’s a lot to see and of course a lot to buy!!! I didn’t carry a lot of cash with me (it was the only way to restrain myself) because I only needed a few things. And here’s what I got:
3 China glaze nail polishes, one top coat and a Primer by Kryolan:

The China glaze glitter polish “Party hearty” (on the left) immediately caught my eye. It will be like having a Christmas tree on your fingers!!! LOL!

And here’s what I wore:

Knit cardigan: Zara
Button shirt: Zara
Leather skirt: Exté
Ankle boots: Casadei
Bag: Pinko

Face: Korres watermelon oil free tinted moisturizer SPF 30, Nivea perfect cover concealer, Mac mineralize skin finish natural
Eyes: Coastal Scents 26 color palette, Bourjois black eyeliner, Mac zoom lash mascara
Cheeks: Elf contouring blush and bronzing powder
Lips: Mac Jist mixed with Mac Ravishing, Mac Spice lip liner

Did you buy any cosmetics lately?

I found this lovely jacket at a fashion bazaar several years ago and bought it without even trying it on! It turned out to be a little long at the sleeves but other than that it’s fine. I usually have a difficulty finding jackets that fit me perfectly. I have broad shoulders and relatively small waist, which means the size that fits me at the shoulders is usually large at the waist (or at the sleeves as in this Krizia jacket!). Luckily my last three jacket/coat purchases are a perfect fit (in size 10 UK). You’ll see me wearing my new goodies pretty soon.
There’s something off about today’s outfit I think. Maybe it’s my hair or something about the outfit itself I don’t know, tell me what you think (I'm open to criticism)!

A couple of artistic photos:

And a few regular ones so you can see the colors and textures:

Jacket: Krizia jeans
Top: Blumarine
Denim shorts: unknown brand

Lips: Exclusive elegance double lipgloss

I've been watching the new episodes of Gossip girl lately (season 4). Have you seen them? I love Serena's style and she's gorgeous. Her Paris frocks were to die for!!!

...for an Italian restaurant that is! Or for my Italian bag (Blumarine) which hasn’t seen the light for a while. I don’t know why I keep forgetting most of my designer goodies in the closet and don’t show them enough love! This one is particularly delicate too because of it’s color and material. But I should carry it more often, it’s so lovely.
Anyway, I actually went to the usual Italian restaurant with my family and had a delicious lunch (I should have photographed my main course and desert but then you would hate me for making you drool over your keyboards!).
Oh and I let my hair down for a change and tried some relaxed curls with my straightener. I could style my hair in so many different ways, but I usually don’t have time for that, hence the fuss-free usual updos.
